Tan Johnson was born in Mississippi, raised in Wisconsin as a young child, and from a pre-teen educated in Florida. After leaving the United States Airforce and having worked several odd jobs, was formally educated with a degree in Special Education from Barry University. Tan began working with his mother in a Life Insurance Company called Primerica. For more than a decade Mr. Johnson worked as a personal producer securing life insurance and helped many clients plan for their financial futures. In 2006 Tan moved to Allstate Insurance Company, where he learned to cover automobiles, homes, and business risks.
Being fully prepared to cover both personal and commercial clients, in 2013 Tan Johnson began his independent agency to remove the limitations from the captive companies that he worked with for the last few decades. Later adding Medicare Supplemental and Surplus Lines to the list of offerings.

The company objective is to build lifetime relationships with clients one policy at a time.
